This 1961 mid century ranch home was completely abandoned and never before renovated when we found her. With great bones and gorgeous potential, we set out to restore her to glory, keeping nods to her original roots. We swapped the dining room and kitchen spaces, opened up the main walls separating the living spaces, turned the old dining room in to a large modern kitchen with a troweled concrete backsplash, GE Cafe appliances, modern wood cabinets, and beautiful quartz countertops. The bathrooms also received the troweled concrete finish for the showers, accented perfectly but the modern simple bathroom vanities, fun gold faucets, and gorgeous moroccan cement tiles. This project is ongoing so check back to see it as it develops.

*Stay tuned for the backyard renovation - including but not limited to - the pool, landscaping, concrete patio, pool house, and a big gorgeous concrete block fence!*
